7 days, free pickup
Return any piece within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging with the certificate.
To start a return, open My orders and choose Return this item on the piece. We review the request, arrange the pickup at our cost, and refund you to your original payment method once the piece reaches us and has been checked.
Engraved and bespoke pieces cannot be returned, because they cannot be resold.
If the fit is the only issue, a resize is usually faster than a return. The first resize within 60 days is free.
